Floss every day and look after your teeth.

Wear sunscreen every day.

Exercise as much as possible.

Eat and drink in moderation.

Whatever choices you make in your life, ensure they always make you happy

Save a little, it’s never too soon to buy your first property.

Plan ahead, start a retirement fund – and especially with recent events, there has never been a better time to write a will.
