DOTS

Dogs on the Streets (DOTS) is a registered not for profit charity founded in 2016 by Michelle Clark. As well as providing free veterinary care, food, equipment, and support for dogs with owners that are homeless or domestic violence refugees, this amazing team also take in dogs where the owner has died or gone into care and have nowhere else to go, meaning no healthy dog is ever put down. Instead, they have somewhere safe with the food and medical equipment on hand that they need to live full and happy lives until such time as they are re-homed.

Hope for Grace

This amazing, brave young lady has an incredibly rare mutation in the gene RHOBTB2 (c.1448G>A).

This condition is so rare, only 38 people worldwide have been diagnosed, with Grace being one of three people in the UK.

What this means for Grace.

Unfortunately, at this time there is not much medical literature available, but there are a couple of studies where other children with the same condition can be referred to for guidance.

What is probable, is that Grace will likely never walk or talk, and she may have very limited comprehension.

The money we raise will go towards helping to pay for things such as a new electric wheelchair that costs £11K, and is essential for Grace’s standard of life.

If you would like to donate directly to Hope for Grace, you can do so by sending payment to:

PLG IN THE COMMUNITY

By giving back we like to think we are making the world a slightly better place.

It is not just money we offer though, we also volunteer our time.

Darren, one of our co-founders even dresses up as Santa and makes appearances at childrens hospitals and records personalised videos to children – with every penny paid going straight to our benefitting charities.
