PLG Are Moving Up The Property Ladder to A New Office

Property Ladder Group are delighted to announce, that as of 4th August we will be based at our new office at Martells Barn, Slough Lane, in Ardleigh, CO7 7RU.

The move is in response to a phenomenal 8 months of trading. With future business plans in mind, we have acquired the stunning top floor of Martells Barn. The extra space will allow for our growing infrastructure and will enable our staff to work in socially distanced workstations, whilst embracing our wonderful team ethos. 

We have a feature ‘zen’ area, ample car parking and appointed meeting rooms. There is also a special dedicated room ready for our exciting development plans (further information to follow).

The office is easily reachable within the charming village of Ardleigh. Approximately 5 miles to Colchester mainline station, with easy access to A12 and A120. It is chronicled that Martell was the name of the family who lived on the land now occupied by George Hall as ‘under-tenants’ soon after the Norman Conquest and the famous Battle of Hastings in 1066. The team are very much looking forward to lunch times walks around the fishing lakes and exploring the surrounding countryside. 

We had a clear view of our objectives in our first year of trading, a robust budget strategy, and systems built to cope with any disruptions. Notwithstanding, we could not have predicted the global coronavirus pandemic, however, the team were able to adapt well to working from home, which is still an option to all our staff.  It’s been a tremendous year of growth for us, and we will look forward to settling into our new office and are excited to lead the team to the next chapter to our future development.
